What's the best racquet to get for an aspiring 15 year old medium-framed girl to get to the next level?

I currently have the Wilson Ncode N4 in blue that has an 101" head size. I was considering Wilson nPro Open nCode or the Wilson NTour95, but I want second opinions. I prefer Wilson, but other brands such as Yonex are fine (no Head racquets preferrably). I'm looking for power and consistency and I have a one handed backhand.

Just like any other racket sport, the most important thing to develop is your skills e.g. footwork, correct form, etc. Choosing a racket is secondary. This is not to say that it's not important, bec it is.  However, having said that, you need to find a racket that will compliment your skills.  For example, do you prefer baseline or net play? Do you have a medium swing or a full swing?  Do you prefer top spin over flat return?  The best way to find out what racket suites your style is to have a racket demo. I think tennis retailers such as Midwest Sports, Tennis Company, or Tennis Warehouse offer such program.  Remember, it is not so much about the brand of the racket, it's the characteristics that matters. it's the best baby to help you improve and you won't need to say goodbye to this racquet in the next few years... it's THAT great... and it's not that expensive (compared to the overpriced Babolat racquets) I love that racquet.

There are two things you should be concerned about is the large change from a 101`` headsize to a 95"  AND the weight (303 grams) .. for a one-hander girl it may be a little heavy (no problem for me as a boy or for Federer and his 354 gram Wilson KFaktor)
