What's the best recipe for pizza dough?

I want a recipe that tastes as good as the pizza parlor.

  1. 4 cups flour, 1 teasp salt, 1 Tblsp olive oil, pinch of sugar and 1 sachet fast acting instant yeast. make a firm dough with lukewarm water and leave to rise away from a draft or window in a covered bowl for one hour. knock down and divide into 4. Roll out, pre bake the base for 5 minutes on high hot oven then add topping and bake again for nice crispy crust. real italian style recipe.....its goooooooooood!


  2. I used to make dough from bread flour, water, and yeast, with just a little bit of olive oil, and enough salt to make it a little bit salty.
