What's the best remedy for sore legs after a hard workout?

besides staying off of it, I'm already doing that.

  1. a hot bath and massage. sometimes my muscles have a tendency to get small knots in them after a hard workout. Lucky me, my b/f is ex-professional athlete and can massage them out. It can be painful at the time, but I have found out that in the long run it does make them feel better sooner.
