What's the best restaurant in Taipei?

I'm going to be working in Taipei for three weeks, and love good restaurants. The expense isn't an issue, but I'd love to go to the best, "don't miss" restaurant in Taipei (Chinese food only--I'll eat French in France and Italian in Italy, thanks!).

IMHO, the night markets are the best place to get gourmet Taiwanese food that is hard to find in the US Asian areas.

The one on the corner of the third ten blocks from the first street because that building with the door and across from another store in the middle of town by a tree.
