What's the best restaurant to work for?

Ok guys, I live in Florida, central Florida to be more accurate. I've been a server for Cracker Barrel now for about a year and I need something NEW, because business is getting worse and worse!

Andy ideas?

Things that are important to me:

- Flexible schedule.

With my desire to work two jobs I need a flexible schedule

- $$$$$$$

Money money money money. The more the better.

- Type

maybe something expensive like a roadhouse/steakhouse/bar and grill type of place. So I don't want to work at say Pizza Hut

- No Breakfast

Unless you know for sure they are better than Cracker Barrel, Cracker Barrel is its' busiest during Breakfast!

Banquet department for Marriott Hotels extremely good  money, flexible hours, hard work but good pay, credit union too, big discount for employee on rooms and friends and family rates

you should be a waiter at olive garden they pay 15 dollas an hour and you get a tip of  25 dollars per table

olive garden (if you have them there).  outside opinion, but great service, amazing food, and it's a little expensive but everyone from families to business meetings to dates go there, so you'd get lots of customers, nice enviornment, no breakfast, and good tips
