  1. If you are in Northern Spain then along the coast road pass San Sebastian and cross the border at Hendaye near Biarritz. For a picturesque crossing then at the small village of St Jean Pieds du Porte.

If as some answerer's are thinking you are on the Mediterranean coast then La Jonquera/Le Perthus as one advises. Perpignon is a nice place as indicated but if you want something a bit different try Cap D'Agde - its a naturist town!

If you are going up through France from the Med then I recommend the route via Millau which means crossing the has the highest road bridge in the world - spectacular - and the magnificent scenery of the Masif Centrale. Watch out for your speed though - Gatso cameras everywhere - even Spain nowadays.

    Enjoy

  2. No no no, Andora is EXPENSIVE, Gotta be north to Barcelona then Gerona, on to La Junquera, cross the border to La Perthus ?,AND do stop in perpinon, its great.

  3. Trough mini country Andorra !!!

Try this one. Not only free tax shopping opportunities...
