Question:

What's the best route to avoid as many mountains as possible driving from WA to Connecticut?

I'm afraid of heights. someone answered and told me how to get to the eastern side of WA?????? I get altitude sickness and can't take any

medication since I'll be the one driving.

Well, that is a problem, isn't it, since there are definitely mountains whichever way you go through Washington.  However, if you go south to Portland, then east through the Columbia Valley, you'll avoid a lot of mountains though the road along the Columbia is pretty high up in places over the river. If I was you, I'd bite the bullet and take I-90. It's much shorter. Perhaps if you drive it in the dark, you won't be able to see how high up you are so it won't bother you, but I don't like driving a lot in the dark. Too many animals out there to hit, and most of us aren't very alert during a long night drive unless we're normally awake all night.

    Are you sure you mean altitide sickness? That comes from lack of oxygen which can happen at very high altitides where there's less of it. The roads through the mountains don't go high enough to bring that on. You probably get anxiety. Try some stuff called Rescue Remedy which you can find at any health food store, practise deep breathing to calm yourself down, and remember that while the road may be high up, you are about a foot or two above solid ground when you're in the car.
