I would go with Linksys, just make shure you have a 4 port switch with the item.

No router is "most compatible" with the 360. It will either work or it won't. I wouldn't get a Lynksis, too many people I know have had those shoddy routers break on them.

Are you going wired or wireless... WIred it really doesnt matter... like they are all the same... If you have the wireless adapter it is very picky only a few... but after monthes of searching ill give you my results that i ended up getting for myself wpn824 v1 (not version 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) is the best router possible... MIMO,7 internal antennas and best speed, and the linksys wireless n wrt160n works fine but i dont notice a difference between wireless g but IS EXTREMELY EASY TO DO IT even a caveman could do it
