I was told it's Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, in the 15th arrondissement.

If is not the best, it's one of the best anyway.

I don't know the name but surelly is the culinary school of the Ritz Hotel.

Le Cordon Bleu in Paris is the most famous. Yet in classical french culinary training, a student does not go to culinary school. A student starts out peeling potatoes in a french kitchen at 15 years old and slowly learns the trade. Only the rich go to culinary school simply for the love of great cuisine.
