  1. I would recommend BJJ. It was made for a smaller person like a women, to take on biggier foes. You learn to defend from all positions including the one where most women get raped from, there back. And what you learn is not to make people to tap but to break what you touch.

  2. Running!

If you're looking for an art, look into aikido where size and strength offers no advantage.

  3. balls, throat, eyes, run

i know it sounds too easy and kind of silly but the truth is dirty fighting is effective

  4. Be aware of your surrounding. If it appears as if you are going to be attacked scream as loud as you can and run as fast as you can. If it is too late to run, fight as hard as you can. It is about survival. Other techniques for escapes and counters should be taught in class by a qualified instructor not in this forum.

  5. Learn a martial art. BJJ would be good, as it has a lot of grappling moves. Even better would be krav maga. It focuses on self defence in a number of real life situations, and the training really toughens you up. It's the official ma of the Israeli army, but the training routine for civilians is altered to suit them better. You learn how to defend against both armed and unarmed opponents.

I take ITF taekwondo, and in my class we also learn self defence techniques like throws, etc. Of course, you don't need to know a ma to know that a kick in the balls or a poke in the eyes does wonders. Basically, fight dirty (which you willl learn to do in krav maga).

    P.S. Shut up Danny P.

  6. Their voice.

    Scream FIRE like a siren.
