What's the best spanish/portuguese restaurant in NJ to have a 40th birthday party??

I'm planning My boyfriend's 40th Bday party and he love spanish/portuguese food so i'm looking for a restaurant with a nice banquet hall so I can throw a party .. I live in central jersey so I hope something nearby or newark if possible ..if you live in Jersey and you've been in a place like that and you like it I will really appreciate if you guys can help me find a place..
