What's the best state/city to raise children?

Austin or Dallas Texas and surrounding areas

Montana, Wyoming, Utah or Idaho. There you can raise them in small country communities. but then again I just like being out in the middle of nowhere.

london, it makes them brave from the start. and it builds up their self esteem!

i was born in london and i grew up in london and i moved to essex last year. and leaving london was the worst thing eveer!!

as a kid my parents moved us to fort mil south carolina because of their schools

south carolina is not on the top for smartest stated but fort mill is 5th in the nation

and its a small town

Well there is not really a "best" city.. but ive grown up in the country and its very nice to raise children there. (:

Well, there really is no "best" city or state to raise kids in, but I do not recommend a big city with lots of crime. I grew up in a small town in North Dakota and had the best years of my life. I went to a great school and made really good close-knit friends. But some people love a small town and some hate it, so go with what your heart tells you.
