I would definatley say in Mississippi, Louisianna and Alabama  at the moment...They are in need of so much work all kinds yet from the Hurricane..I know I been there several times and going back in a few weeks...

You probably would be able to work non stop for yrs..

If you mean an artist painter...I would say the big cities anywhere.. just pick your favorite place where there are lots of people...
