She's got on really THICK navy blue eye liner. Even on the inside edges next to her nose .

The kind : it could be smashbox or some other that's creamy.

I honestly think that look isn't very flattering. Go to your local MAC counter at Macey and ask them to show you new eye make-up options. They're usually really helpful for me.

That is just REALLY thick liquid liner and a paint pot of black eye shadow.

sorry my oppion but if you truly do use max eyeliner is great for dark eyes and use midnight black
