Sebastian Inlet is best, but Ponce Inlet is good too.  If you have a Hurricane coming from the gulf Indian Rocks Beach south of Clearwater gets some great swells,  it's rough but worth it.  I grew up in California and surfed the central coast so I like waves I can shred, not much of that here.  If you are into long boarding Florida is pretty good for that at most beaches.

  3. In general Sebastian Inlet, but it probably depends on swell size and direction.  I've seen lots of great photos of Reef Rd in Miami going off.

    Of course if you go to the Inlet you will be surfing with every surfing rock star (some wannabe, some actual) n Florida if there is a decent swell.  Remember, this is where Shea and Cory Lopez, CJ and Damien Hobgood and Kelly Slater all cut their teeth.  There's a whole new crop of young guns there now too so don't expect ot score empty waves.
