  1. Low crime, kind of small town, antique shops galore, flea markets, many springs nearby and "nature" places (parks, etc), great friendly people, beach is 2 hrs or less from you on either side (I'm in central FL), Orlando only 1 hr away, Disney 1.5 hr away

    oh yeah and nice weather and houses

  3. It's a small town peninsula, on the beach....with fantastic weather and spectacular views of the ocean and the sound year-round.  After the tourists leave at the end of the summer, it's paradise.

  5. there is very little crime here and the landscape is great here in vermont the climate and the job market are blah

  6. Great sunny days most of the time, a bit hot in summer but I don't mind.

    Allright public transport.

    I like Riverfestival, that's a week of fireworks and f-111 jets stream past with afterburners, parties etc etc. as you can imagine, its a festival type thing.

    There aren't any real "slums".

    Close to the seaside.

    Low crime rate.

  10. low crime, pretty homes, nice people everywhere, people don't seem affected by the economy

    my only complaint right now is the heat, but laying around the pool will fix that :)
