What's the best thing to do about breaking out?

I just recently started my period and I have never broken out before. I have pimples on my forehead and my left cheek. I don't know what to do to get rid of them!!

Clearasil is a great brand and you can buy it at most stores like Walgreens and places like that. if you notice that you get more over time, talk to a doctor. i got some prescription stuff that worked really well.

and if you can't get any of that, toothpaste dries them out pretty well too!
