What do you do about sore muscles in the arms and legs....It is work related and due to repititive work of turning wrenches and getting in and out of factory machines...he is an industrial mechanic by trade...he is 60 years old. Has to work every day...takes tylenol all the time and I am concerned about that...any other suggestions as to the best way to handle the soreness?? Any suggestions or input would be very helpful.
