Are there any tips/tricks on what to eat or drink a few hours before going to bed to help with weight loss? Anyyy information is greatly appreciated.

  1. fruits like watermelon,apple

    somebody told me that there is a good way,that is ,you eat only fruits a day and at next day you drink milk only.This will help you lose weight
