What's the best time to travel northbound on the m1 to J.14 from Heathrow to avoid rush hour traffic?

Unless Its very late evening or even during the night, this journey is always going to be difficult. The "rush hour" is constant I`m afraid. I know the route very well and Its not usually the best of journeys. I think you going to have to grit your teeth.

depends on the day.... fridays are always a nightmare.... as are sundays...... before 1pm
