What's the best time to visit australian?

my dream has always been to go there one day. i know i will have to save for that trip because its costly.

It depends where you want to go, Australia is a very big place with a variety of climates. The tropical north is best in winter (Jun-Aug), and Tasmania in the south is best in summer (Dec- Feb). Overall for a trip to Australia seeing a variety of areas I would say the best months are October (Spring) and April (Autumn). Really you need to work out what areas you would like to visit and what activities you would like to do before deciding when to go.

I actually enjoyed traveling there in May.  The weather was perfect... not too hot, but it did get cooler at night, which is very refreshing... even though its in the winter i went, i was still able to go to the beach and actually get a nice suntan and the water felt great!  Definately autumn or winter.... was feeling very good and glad I went when I did.

Yeah the trip is costly but the fuel and cost of living is cheap compared to Britain. So you'll make up the difference (providing you're British).

I'd go during their summer, which is around December to March.

Its australia, pretty much everything is costly here

Its best to come here during our spring.. Its really nice during spring.. The weather is just right during spring..

Winter is too cold, and summer can get too hot..

Definitely don't come in winter! The Australian experience is all about the outdoors, It depends where you want to go .If you plan on traveling North you are better off going in spring ,if you plan on visiting Sydney by far the best time is summer
