  1. I have something called Burts bees baby cream and it is the best, not one rash in 2 years, its not easy to find, so have a look online. We also used calendular oil, not cream as it stayed on the skin longer and prevented rashes.

  2. you shouldn't have to put anything on... frequent diaper changes are your best bet!

  3. I have been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Bottom Butter on my 3 month old son and it works wonders.  I also use it all over his body and his skin stays moist and soft.

  4. Sometimes just basic nursery gel (aka vaseline) works wonders.  I use pure cornstarch baby powder too.

  5. I find vaselein is good.  And its cheap

  6. Vaseline is the best!!!

  7. This has always worked wonders on my son...

Boudreaux's Butt Paste is a skin cream used to treat skin ailments such as diaper rash, minor burns, and insect bites, among many others. The product has gained notoriety mainly due to its unusual and humorous name.

Boudreaux's Butt Paste was originally developed in the 1970s by Louisiana pediatrician "Pappy" Talbot, but the main formula was compounded by a local pharmacist, Dr. George Boudreaux, in the town of Covington.

The product became a local hit, and in 1994, Boudreaux sold his pharmacy to concentrate on marketing Butt Paste.

Upon selling the pharmacy, Boudreaux bought an RV, renamed it the "Butt Mobile" and traveled to regional trade shows and local pharmacies to market the product. At one of these shows, a regional manager at Wal-Mart took on the product for a trial. When the trial period was over, the manager found Doc Boudreaux's product outsold the leading brand by a large margin.

Since then, Butt Paste has appeared in many department stores, including Wal-Mart, Target, and Walgreens, as well as enjoying a strong cult following on the Internet. Butt Paste is now widely accepted as being the most effective diaper ointment on the market. Uniquely, the reputation of this product has been built up mainly by the huge number of positive consumer reviews rather than by conventional marketing means.[citation needed]

In recent years, Boudreaux's Butt Paste has sponsored NASCAR Busch Series car #34, driven by numerous drivers for Frank Cicci Racing, increasing their national exposure.

Blairex Laboratories who produce Boudreaux's Butt Paste have recently agreed to begin exporting , through an alliance with Contact Centre Resources Ltd, outside of the USA and in particular to the UK.
