What's the best tool man has invented?

ok, here's the layout for this question: your answer must be an object (not fire or electricity, they're not tools) and it can be a modern tool (one that requires electricity). I'm looking for specific tools.

not tool accessories (like drill bits, hoses, clamps etc)

Also, give a reason why. I have a few in my head and we'll see if you hit them or not. HAVE FUN

i think there have been 2,the internet and the mobile phone.both as massive as each other but also for the advancements they have brung with them

Cordless drill. Im in maintance and I couldnt imagine trying to build really anything without one. Just charge and go!

vice grip....its cheep, its simple...its a set of pliers, a vice, screwdriver, hammer...nothing you cant really do with it! next to that..the knife

The computer.  People say the pencil.  The computer is better than the pencil since it can do all what a pencil, but with better penmen ship.  It can store massive amounts of data.  It can connect to networks with other data.  Almost any good product today has computers in them.  Computers are basically people in itself.  They can talk to other computers, troubleshoot, find problems, create them(lol), beat us in chess(lol), and list goes on and on.  That is only the beginning of the list that keeps growing.

In my openion the best tool that man has invented so far is WHEELS. Because the entire civilization of man is more or less comes through that instrument.
