  1. crest pro-health. it fights cavities and everything that can cause them. plus, it gives you fresher breath than any other toothpaste, and it lasts!

you can buy it anywhere, it's just a dollar or two more than other toothpaste. the pro-health mouth wash is also the best out there. as for gum, trident is the best. it is sugar-free and has zylotol, which breaks down cavities faster than any other chemical out there

  2. Crest

  3. Crest, Listerine, and trident.

  4. Try Crest Pro Health.

Brush at least twice a day. And whenever your mouth feels dirty.

    Drink milk too

  5. Colgate total with tricslosan.. (I research this stuff ...nothing comes close.).

Sonicare Flexcare toothbrush. THIS particular brand and yes is is $$$$. I love the ultrasonic cleaner...and I have not had to replace the brush heads.

gum (if you use) with xylotil

    You forgot floss..

Brush as soon as you get up.

    avoid sugar/sodas on the teeth.

    Rinse  often.

    Floss daily.

    Brush before bed...

    You get plaque overnight.

If your lipstick sticks to your teeth..you got plaque..and need to brush.
