What's the best toothpaste for me?

I have teeth that a prone to cavities. what is the best toothpaste, mouthwash, and gum for my mouth. I really want to break the habit.

crest pro-health. it fights cavities and everything that can cause them. plus, it gives you fresher breath than any other toothpaste, and it lasts!

you can buy it anywhere, it's just a dollar or two more than other toothpaste. the pro-health mouth wash is also the best out there. as for gum, trident is the best. it is sugar-free and has zylotol, which breaks down cavities faster than any other chemical out there

Brush at least twice a day. And whenever your mouth feels dirty.

Colgate total with tricslosan.. (I research this stuff ...nothing comes close.).

Sonicare Flexcare toothbrush. THIS particular brand and yes is is $$$$. I love the ultrasonic cleaner...and I have not had to replace the brush heads.

gum (if you use) with xylotil

You forgot floss..

Brush as soon as you get up.

avoid sugar/sodas on the teeth.

Rinse  often.

Floss daily.

Brush before bed...

You get plaque overnight.

If your lipstick sticks to your teeth..you got plaque..and need to brush.
