What's the best total body cleanse program?

I'm trying seven day detox right now, which I think is pretty good. I just want to know what experiences others have had out there.

eat nothing for six hours then have a juice made of cabbage and grapefruit. it will make you go to the toilet like there is no tomorrow ; - )
