What's the best train pet rats?

We have two girl rats. They are still pretty young and still getting used to us, but they are warming up more and more everyday.I know we should start training them soon. What is the easiest, most efficient way to train them?

Also, if you have any rats what are they favorite treats?

Every rat has their own preference for favourite treats.  You will discover that your girls may like something the other doesn't particular favour as much.
