We need one that is slightly small, but not hamster-wheel small ;) I need to start conditioning for soccer and I want to lose weight. My mom wants to lose weight also. What treadmill will be best for us? We want to use it often. I have patella-femoral syndrome, making it hard for me to run. Will running on a treadmill increase my muscle aroudn my knee to push my bones into place? Thanks! Oh, and I saw the NorticTrack on TV or something. Is that good? Or won't it help? Thanks!
