What's the best type of jewelry to get a tragus pierced with?

I don't know if you can even choose, but I want to get it done. I like the circular barbells the best, but I imagine it would be hard to get it pierced with that type.

The suggested jewelry for tragus piercings are CBRs (captive bead/ball rings) or curved barbells.

When you go to the shop to get pierced, ask your piercer what he/she recommends. It won't hurt to ask if you can be pierced with the jewelry you prefer but I would stick with what they recommend.

Mine was done with a captive ball ring which is the easiest and safest way to do it!

also! i would like to mention that if you are into switching jewelry ( i am and since you asked about jewelry i figured you were as well) make sue you clean the jewelry well and put some saline on it, tragus infections can do a number on your ear.
