Do you guys know any good sites free or pay to increase your vertical?

The Vertical Jump Bible is the best thing you can buy. The best free site in my opinion is http://verticalleaptraining.blogspot.com... There isn't an actual program because you can't give one program to everybody, but there is a lot of good info about how jumping and jump training works. You could easily create a program based on the info.
