What's the best way of getting rid of dandruff?

It's gross, I've been using head and shoulders for a year now which does not work.

I use Pert anti-dandruff, costs much less and works like a charm for me.

cap full of vinegar mixed with a little water -

rinse thru hair the shampoo as normal.
