What's the best way or what can I do to...?

stop myself from being really angry? I always get mad and when someone is hurt, i always laugh at them. I'm sorry but that made me feel better? Everyday, I always get angry and out of control. Besides going to doctors and therapy, what can I do to stop myself from being like that?

  1. try yoga or dance! some form of excercise that u feel relaxed. i know from experience that dance helps a ton! try it!
