  1. I used Air Asia's website a couple of times last year when I was travelling for flights in Thailand and Vietnam and it was pretty easy to use. All you had to do was make a note of your flight reservation number and turn up at the airport. Their planes were pretty good but expect to pay extra for any drinks/sweets etc. There's also the cheaper although slightly longer option of travelling by train overnight from bangkok, and then catching the ferry across on a combined ticket. It's quite an experience on their trains I can assure you! Whatever you do, book your travel directly yourself and DON'T use any travel agents in Bangkok especially Kho San Road as they like to rip tourists off. Good luck dude!

  2. You'd better book the ticket via http://www.airasia.com, now there is speacial promotion start from 99 bath within thailand.

You shouldn't book ticket via phone coz they will charge you booking fees on phone.

  3. it is easy to do on the website if you have a credit card no need to call, plus it may get lost in the translations

  4. All airlines have a web site to book flights.  Try http://www.airasia.com.
