What's the best way to build a dragon prop?

Question

I am hoping to build a dragon prop, just for fun. I am aiming for the head, and paws, possibly a whole dragon if I'm lucky. But I need a fast and easy way of doing it. I have looked up ways, but they would take me FOREVER! I need a fast and fairly easy way of doing it, so it can be done quickly. If anyone knows how to build a dragon prop fast and easily, I would be VERY greatful!
