What's the best way to celebrate the country's independence day?

I'm from india. I want to inculcate and promote ture patriotism in the fellow citizens of my country.As a part of this, i'm trying to find out what is the best way to celebrate the independence day? i think it should not be limited to saying jai hind once in a while or going out onto the streets with flags when india wins a cricket match. there should be more than mere lip service.

Protest the illegal Military occupation of Iraq and the illegal spying on Americans inside America that have broken no laws or have no ties to terrorists.  Freedom isn't free right now in America.

The best way to celebrate Independence day is with good food,cold beer,friends and family gathered around, and fireworks at night!! It's my favorite holiday!! I still, after all these yrs, get chills when seeing fireworks on that day! Reminds me off all our forefathers went thru to give us our freedoms!

First of all we should remember our national hero's because of whom we have got it .we should make puppets of Britishers & burn them with crackers .

then we should make promise that we would encourage our smallers to keep this celebration alive forever & the sound of crackers must ring near the ears of the whitese .rather it would be better if we celebrate it in their country & take our india to attain in such a position that if they want to see us they should be upward headed to us by helping our india to devlope in every field .this how those people wuld get their answer
