  1. use mild soap and old toothbrush to scrub. Also, the best way to clean it especially white colored ones,is wear your slippers , go to the beach and the salt water will clean it. it will be like brand new. I've seen my friend do it.

  2. Brush it  with a  brush using a soapy solution. Rinse and let it dry in the sun. If  it dries up  and  you see that  it has still those black  spots,  use a piece of cloth or rag to wipe the dark spots. It is still doesn't  budge, immerse the rag into the vinegar  and  baking soda. Be careful as the baking soda will create sudden foams and bubbles. It may shocked you a bit.  If the baking soda fails,  try painting your havaianas with the desired color. If everything else fails, buy  another pair.

  3. i just realized, there's no much difference between  the expensive and cheap sandals . except the way people spent to buy it, wisely or just a waste.

If it look old and dirty. What's the point of wearing it to be fashionable.

    GARBAGE

  4. Soak it well in soapy (mild soap) water for six hours. Hard scrubbing scratches the surface and gives occasion for dirt to set in next time...

One more thing...try more darker colors of your favorite sandals...

The pastel-colored ones look cute but they are a b**ch to clean...
