  1. water is not a good choice.your local home improvement store  will carry several products made just for cleaning laminate floors that do not contain water.i buy mine at lowes..same place i purchased the flooring.i love the swiffer vacuum for wood floors also.good luck !

  2. I have the same flooring and i use a drop of pinesol in a half bucket of water, wring mop out really good so floor will dry really fast.  But it needs to be wet enough to get all the footprints off too. Mine usually dries within 10 min or less and i run all the ceiling fans in the house cause the last thing you need is water sitting in those cracks in the floor to make it swell.

Ive had my floor for a year and its just fine and im a house cleaner, for over 10 years now.  And i said just a drop and thats only to make house smell good.

The mop i use is a libman wonder mop. Costs about 8-9 dollars here in florida at walmart.

  3.   I m against mopping because of the water and wood (laminate).Sorry 1st answer but I d never use pine sol either.. It s an oil based product and its  residue attracts dirt.. I always recommend a detergent such as **** n span.. I always use  the spray mist on cleaner for laminates that is sold.. Just use a terri cloth mop head "dust mop" to clean with.. Washing the cloth head as nessary  GL
