What's the best way to clean used electric stove drip pans that are super filthy?

If you really want to clean them and not buy new ones, soak them in hot soapy water for a while, then use a Brillo pad on them.  That worked on mine.

if you really want to clean them S.O.S. pads

soak them in 50/50 water+ammonia for a few hours or overnight  than scrub with baking soda

Easy Off is wonderful....make sure you do it in a well vented area though.  It leave it on overnight and it will wipe right off the next morning!!!!

oven cleaner - put them in the sink and spray them with oven cleaner - let it foam up and go to work....   EZ-OFF

Buy new ones. Pack of 4 for ge. $9.00 Home depot, lowes.
