What's the best way to commute from Union City, NJ to 125 Broad Street, New York City?

I would recomend either using the NJ Transit bus from Union City to Newark Penn Station and then the PATH train to downtown where you could walk to 125 Broad street. Or, take a NJ Transit express bus from Union City to the Port Authority Terminal and an "A" train subway from there downtown. Good Luck!
