I am displeased with the work a contractor did for me. I have attempted to contact him numerous times by phone and email. He has 3 phone numbers and 2 email addresses on his business card and I've tried them all. I even called my attorney, but she won't help me.

  1. call one more time and leave a message - threaten to sue and to call the better business bureau if you do not get a call back

  2. 1)Visit him;Talk to him in person to settle it out

2)If he's to far then (If you can) Send him and URGENT call it should be a feature on all phones

    3)Tell someone to call him/her

    4)Tell his boss

    5)Threaten to sue him

    6)Hire someone else to_____

Well that's all I can think of :P

    -Nokie

  3. Uh, I'd say 'sue him,' that's probably about your best bet.

  4. Give him a final chance and do inform this going to be last call before you proceed to the respective dept to handle the situation by law. If still no answer from him/her clearly make a complaint to the respective dept and please have evidence in hand (like an email copy) on numeral attempt to contact and settle this issue before but no response.
