What's the best way to deal with?

a creepy guy who persitently made sexual comments, and now that I ignore continues giving looks like, "what's your problem"?

How can I effectively get him to quit staring and leave me alone all together?

Tell him that you are going to lay a charge against him for harassment and also have an interdict put against him to not come within any near distance of you if he continues with this madness. If he laughs go to the police and lay the charge against him.  He will soon enough leave you alone.

Of course if you have some male friends who are huge talk to them and ask them to give him the hiding of his life on your behalf. He doesn't take you seriously!  Maybe you are leading him on by the way you dress or behave that makes him think you are easy.  I say that with care not to offend you but to make you aware that you might be leading him on without realizing it.

If this is happening at work or school it could be called sexual harassment. If it hapens out in public it could be simple harassment or possibly even stalking.

just tell him how you feel, no more no less. he should get the clue. if he continues, it would help if you slap him.
