What's the best way to eliminate odor from a recently painted room?

  1. Open the Windows to air it out! Better to paint in the warmer seasons, rather than in the colder seasons, so you can open the windows up!

  3. Keep the door open and run a fan in there to circulate the air.


  4. All you can do is leave the door open and run a fan.  Rent or buy an air cleaner.

  5. Place a bowl of vinegar ( I know it sounds weird) in the room and it should help with the smell.

  6. Vanilla! Try dropping a teaspoon of vanilla in your gallon of paint and mix well. Tried this in the past and it seemed to make the paint smell a little bearable - but this only works if you can deal with vanilla - my least favorite smell.

  7. one of the best ways would be to put a fan in the  window blowing out with the door closed as to suck it all out of the room...
