What's the best way to ensure a moderate income on internet?

Please let me know the ways of making a moderate income , say USD 800-1000 a month on internet, w i t h o u t investing or paying anything. There's are lot site which promise sky-high income without investing even a single penny....but I really can't trust these sites.

You are absolutely correct. We cannot trust. You make your own blogs with blogger.com and register with Google ad sense and earn from the ads that appear in your blogs. Other way is - simple way - is to register with some survey programs and join in their programs without paying any amount.

I'd have to say that the easiest way to do this (that I have experience with) is by starting your own online store, selling a certain category of products that you are familar with, or a category of products that you think have a good market.  This would require a VERY small investment, in just registering a website and hosting.  Then, you can get a ecommerce layout from zencart, or a free ecommerce setup of your choice.  Then, find manufactures / wholesalers who are willing to have you list their product on your site, with no overhead (no need to purchase in advance, or a buyback policy where they buy back unsold products).  Then, set up your site's title and content so that someone searching for x products will likely find your site.  It's simpler than it may sound.  I've personally set up numerous online stores that make more than what you're trying to earn.  It's just all about selling something that you're familiar with and that you know there is a market for.
