What's the best way to fit new door handles?

I have a modern fitted wardrobe with long sloping chrome handles. I'm finding difficult to understand where to measure them, so i can find out what size to buy... Should I measure between the screws in the back? Does anyone have a suggestion of where to buy new handles as these are about 26cm..?

normaly sizes of handles mentioned the hands that we could use to open from front.the normel sizes used to handles is 75cm to 200cm.
