  1. Check the tags on the pillows first, for instructions. I fluff mine in the dryer weekly, on a cool setting for 15 minutes.  Works best if you put two or three pillows in at a time.

If they're really flat, try putting in clean (really clean-like new) tennis shoes on the cool setting for 10-15 minutes.  It's very, very noisy but will fluff them up.  Again, put in two or three pillows.

You could also wash them (two at a time) in the machine, then proceed as above.

  2. Open the pillow up. And add more cotton to the middle. Or try not to sleep in the middle too much.

Remember to wash your hands before fluffing you pillow, because if your pillow becomes dirty, you will get skin desises on your face!

    I am speaking with exprience!

  3. Put it in the dryer and use "fluff" setting, if you have it. If not, put it on "no heat", and let run for about 15 minutes.

  4. Throw it in the dryer with a couple of tennis balls.  It will be noising..but they will fluff it up great.
