Where do you work now ?. What do you intend doing in UL or Australia .. Australia would be a better choice rather than UK.. But you should have a work permit to go to Australia.. Ask your prospective employer if he would sponsor the same

for australia the best sites are www.seek.com.au and www.mycareer.com.au but these are for hit and miss jobs that are randomly advertised

the large supermarkets in austrlia are run by coles or woolworths...to apply for a job at either of these two companies you need to go to either

these two companies own all the major grocery, liquor and consumer goods chains that you are likely to be interested in

otherwise you might just want to google search recruitment agencies in both countries and see where that gets you

It depends on where you are now... If you live in the UK or Australia... it is likely that you should be able to visit a store and fill out an application for employment.

If however, you are think of immigrating to one of these countries, you will need a work visa for both of them. Usually, and employer has to sponsor your visa for you obtain it and live in the new country with it.
