  1. I agree with both. M23 is unrealiable. M23 is very slow according to Straphangers Campaign.

    It's best if you walk.

  2. Baruch Student?

New york is a great city to walk around in.  It would probably take about fifteen minutes.  If you walk down Lex to 21st st you'll see Gramercy Park, which is an attractive greenspace, but private.  Entrance requires a key, held only by the local residents.

Past the park turn left on Park Avenue to seveteenth street.  See if the greenmarket is open that day.  It is open threee days a week all year and certainly worth a visit if you have time.  They have more than just vegetables.  Their wares include fruits, vegetables, milk, cheese home made ice cream, exotic mushrooms, fish, buffalo meat, jams, breads, cakes,wool...

  3. It'll take about 20 minutes to walk from 23rd / Lex to 17th St. / 5th Avenue (where 30 W 17th Street is located).  If the weather isn't too hot, just walk it.

Just walk west on 23rd Street to 5th Ave, turn left and walk down 5th Ave to 17th Street.  Half a mile walk.

  4. My friend, take the bus. From 23rd and Lexington Avenue, take the M23 westbound to 7th Avenue.

Once there, transfer to the M20 southbound, or walk, to 17th Street.

    Good luck
