What's the best way to get from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap?

Since Yahoo doesn't have a Cambodia category I thought I'd try this question here, besides flying, what's the best way to travel between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap? Thanks.

i'm not sure there is a plane but there should be.. both cities have airports... i know there is a river speed boat from siem reap to pp , so i guess there is one back.... the only other way i know is a bus.. about 10-12hrs i believe... take the plane!

The river boat to/from Phnom Penh takes around five to six hours.

The best company doing the Siem Reap to Phnom Penh run is Mekong Express, which costs US$8 and takes around four hours. All buses break the journey for a snack at Kompong Thom. The Mekong Express buses have a toilet on board -- other (cheaper) services often do not.
