What's the best way to get from Rome, Italy to Arezzo? And how long will it take?

I will be flying in from the USA to Rome and then I have to get to Arezzo. Is there a smaller flight, train, or bus that I could easily take?

The best way to get there is to take the train from Roma Termini station. It takes between 1 hr 15 min and 2 hr 33 min depending on the specific train. The Eurostar is fastest and most expensive (29.50 euro); the regional trains are slower, but cheaper (11.70 euro).
