  1. Rest a day in between workouts, for one. Drink plenty of water. Take some advil or tylenol,  take a nice hot shower or long hot bath and soak. If possible get a massage or massage the sore muscles if you can. Then try to avoid over doing it next time. Decrease your number of reps and some of the weight until you feel comfortable again. Also, stretch before and after exercising. It helps to warm up and cool down muscles.

  2. ice, walking it off, resting your body. take it slow relax.

  3. Plaster for muscle pain which could provide you cooling feel .

u could get it at china town.

my spelling not so well ,hope this could help.

  4. Muscle soreness is due to overexertion of muscles, specially tose that are not used regularly. After exercise they remain semicntracted. Stretching would help. But massage from the belly to the attachments  would be better. Also moist heat is better than ice, because heat is vasodilating. you could also use some kind or cream or oil with arnica to help relax the fibers.

  5. stretch, walk it off and drink a lot of water. and don't bounce when you stretch or do it on cold muscles

  6. Take 2 tylenol or aspirin and a warm bath before you go to bed. In the morning, you will probably really feel sore but do some gentle stretching and you will feel better. (what you are feeling is something called lactic acid which is a byproduct of muscular activity)

  7. STRETCH!

stretching gets rid of lactic acid build up in your muscles after you work out which is what makes you sore. I stretch in the morning, directly before and after soccer, and then at night and I've never pulled a muscle.

Also, if your muscles are sore, you can ice them. Put on ice for 15 minutes, and then off for 15. Repeat.

  8. Stretching or you could get a trash can and fill it up with ice and water and dip in it for a 20min and that will help with soreness of muscles.
