What's the best way to go from Toronto Theatre Actor to Hollywood Film Actor?

Over the course of the next several years of honing my skills as an actor, I'd like to make the transition from the Toronto area to Hollywood. So I have a few questions.

1. I'm currently acting in theatre. What are some differences in acting on stage and acting on screen that I should always keep in mind?

2. How should I make the move from Toronto to Hollywood?

3. If you know any, what are some fairly decent youth theatre groups in Toronto/GTA?
